Apple Hill

Last Friday the kids had no school so we decided to venture up to Apple Hill in Placerville. It was a first for us! We had a great time..got to pick our own apples, sample tons of apples, and best of all hang out as a family! It was a really hot day that day, but we managed! On the way home we stopped at the Nut Tree or what used to be the Nut Tree! Had pizza for dinner and the kids got to ride the train and on a merry-go-round. IT made the rest of the drive home a piece of cake (everyone slept)!
