Trick-or-Treat!!! What a fun Halloween we had this year! Johnny had a costume party which started the celebrating. Grandma and Papa grew a pumpkin patch in their yard this year and had us all over at their Pumpkin Patch!
The weekend started with our schools halloween carnival that I was in charge of. A hectic week leading into the night, but well worth it! The school was packed and everyone seemed to have a great time! On Halloween Lucy had a morning soccer game. We all took an afternoon rest and after dinner went out trick or treating with our neighbors. We were supposed to meet up with some school friends, but my phone went dead and I had no way of getting in contact with them! Sometimes I hate how much we rely on technology!
The kids this year picked their costumes! Tommy was Michael Phelps, his IDOL! Lucy was a Witch (which was very fitting for her) and Johnny was Woody (which actually was his brothers costume when Tommy was 2). They LOVED getting candy! Johnny made sure he put the candy in his bag and his sweet brother and sister kept an eye out for candy with peanut butter and wouldn't take it :)! We ended our treating at Grandma's house where their cousins were, had some pizza, cupcakes, oh and CANDY! Everyone fell asleep on the short drive home! What a fun and exciting Halloween!
